Water is the vehicle that enables the plant life to grow, with the help of the LifeCycle.
Step 1 - Add water
Pour water into the GrowTop, over the grow media and allow the water to drain below into the LifeCycle. Watch the water level in the LifeCycle and stop filling when the level of the water gets to the high water mark.
The standard LifeCycle holds a water volume of 4 gallons, and can be operational with only 2 gallons. If the water level goes below the low water mark, then the system will not function correctly and the plants will begin to dry out.
** Please note there is a delay on the water level rising as it takes some time to drain down into the system, so please don't fill it too fast.
